6 lesson pitching clinic with Jesse Darcy where players will learn proper mechanics through various drills associated with follow-through, balance, power, and release point. Players will create warm-up, throwing, and arm health routines (bands) that work for them. They will explore various pitch grips, fielding the position, and talk about the mental side of the game while mixing in games and challenges each day.

Jesse grew up in Long Island and was an All-State pitcher for perennial powerhouse Division Avenue High School (Levittown, NY) prior to pitching at Manhattan College (D1) in the Bronx, NY. Was part of the rotation that lead the Jaspers to their first MAAC title and NCAA regional appearance in almost 50 years as a junior. As a senior, was named MAAC Pitcher of the Year and was top 10 in the nation in ERA for Division 1. He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Rays in the 2007 MLB draft and was named the Pitcher of the Year in 2008 for Columbus Catfish(A). After 4 years of professional baseball, was the varsity head coach at Lewis Mills High School from 2012 - 2018, leading the 2017 squad to the state finals.

Participants will receive a bag of bands, a baseball for the bands, and a towel for towel drills.
