⚾ Minors/Majors Division (Player Pitch)
For League Age 7–12
This division introduces full player pitching and builds on core baseball skills like hitting, fielding, base running, and game strategy.
Division Levels Overview:
Lower Minors: Focuses on developing fundamental player-pitch skills, learning game rules, and building confidence at the plate and in the field.
Upper Minors: Introduces more advanced pitching, defensive positioning, and strategic play.
Majors: Competitive play with full Little League rules, emphasizing strategy, teamwork, and advanced skill development.
Placement Process:
All players League Age 7–12 will participate in a skills assessment prior to the start of the season. Assessment results, along with prior playing experience, will determine whether a player is placed at the Lower Minors, Upper Minors, or Majors level, ensuring they are in the environment best suited for their development and safety.
Special Note for 7-Year-Olds: Players age 7 who try out for the Minors/Majors Division may be placed in A Ball if the assessment indicates that their current skill level is better suited for a coach-pitch environment.
