Key items to note for our 2023 spring baseball program…
· We have updated our spring baseball program division descriptions on our website to help you stay informed as you register your Little Leaguer. Click here to see our division descriptions.
· To better align our board member roles with the needs of our league, we have added division coordinators for all divisions for our 2023 spring season. This will help us streamline the heavy admin lift and communications at season startup.
o Tee-Ball and A Ball Dan Casey [email protected]
o AA Ball John Delaat [email protected]
o AAA and Majors Doug Zabawa [email protected]
· For our A and AA division to help ensure players are being placed in the correct division that fits their skill level and growth, we have added to our 2023 spring program a skill assessment event for our A and AA division players. Registered players will be invited to participate in a clinic style assessment early March to ensure they are playing in the right division.
· Our 50/70 intermediate program registration is open as wait list only to determine player interest to field a team. Players are able to dual register for 50/70 and Majors or Juniors if so desired.
· We have made several minor adjustments to our registration fee schedule for the spring 2023 baseball program. This adjustment was necessary to better align our fee schedule with the high cost of operating our league.
· Your spring registration will include our $50 raffle ticket fee for each family. The annual Bristol Little League Raffle is a spring fundraiser that helps us keep registration fee as low as possible. Booklets that you will receive before the season starts, contains 10 tickets that can be sold to friends and family for $5 dollar each to recover the upfront raffle ticket cost to you.
